Lisa Payne
Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Payne joins Aegis Mobility with over 20 years of experience in senior roles at public and private companies, venture capitalists and the non-profit Focus Foundation.

From 2001 to 2008, Lisa was the President of TeraSpan Networks Inc., a fiber optic micro-trench solution manufacturer. Prior to this role, Lisa built her finance credentials as Director of Finance and Business Operations for Wavemakers Inc, a voice-enhancement software company where she was instrumental in raising two rounds of private financing and the eventual acquisition by Harman International in 2001. Lisa developed extensive experience in sales, business development, operations, industry research, finance and human resources while at Scientific Atlanta Canada and Criterion Service Laboratory which she cofounded.

Since 2005, Lisa has been Director and Treasurer of the Focus Foundation which exists to advance the well-being of individuals, families, and the community helping them thrive.

John Geyer
Founder & Vice-President Business Development

John is a serial entrepreneur who has over 15 years of experience building successful high-tech companies. John's most recent company, CustomFlix (now known as Createspace), developed the industry's first on-demand DVD publishing service and was acquired by Amazon in 2005. Prior to CustomFix, John also created the first multimedia tool for preparing online video: MediaCleaner Pro. This program became the industry standard for preparing streaming media content in QuickTime, RealMedia and Windows Media. The company was acquired in 1999 and the product is now part of Autodesk's portfolio of digital media creation tools.

Steve Williams
Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Steve Williams portraitSteve is responsible for the Aegis Mobility system architecture and technical implementation. Steve is a Chartered Engineer with over 13 years of experience leading design and development of next generation network solutions for the wireless industry. Steve joins Aegis Mobility from UTStarcom where he was Director of Engineering responsible for the company's CDMA system software development. Prior to UTStarcom, Steve held the role of Chief Architect for Telos Technology where he was instrumental in the engineering and commercialization of Telos' Sonata family of wireless mobile switching products. In 2003, Telos was honored with the highly prestigious award of Best Infrastructure Supplier by the GSM Association.
